**** BY Accellent Financial Services / Move Finance - Phillemon Selepe

I spoke to a guy name Phillemon selepe from Accellent Financial Services / Move Finance, We spoke about him helping me with my credit profile - He asked for R3000, I then sent him R1000 - I have proof of paymnet into his Capitec Bank account.

He then said his office will me, I then received a call from a lady called Anna from Accellent Financial Services / Move Finance asking me to immediately approve a R2000 mandate from my Capitec App which will be debited on the last day of February, I then did so.

Phillemon Selepe - Then sent me an email with a contract and application for unblacklist - I read through the documents and find out that, the contract is indicating new things to me that Phillemon Selepe did not mention to me.

So when I ask for my R1000 refund he replies that he will never refund me because he has been speaking to me on WhatsApp - So he is basically charging me without even signing the contract and application form

We are however opening a ***** case against him.
