Unfair billing after 10 months of silence and refused cancellation
I app**** in November 2025, logged in once, and realised the course content was poor, so I stopped using it. The school completely vanished there was no emails sent to me, no invoices and no debits for nearly a year. Then, on 1 September 2026, they suddenly debited R720 from my account without warning. Now that I want to cancel, they are ignoring my calls, emails and WhatsApp messages, claiming that I completed 30% of the course just to trap me in a contract that they themselves breached when the failed to debit my account in 2025 and send relevant emails regarding the course I chose. This is terrible service and predatory billing. I want my contract cancelled immediately.

Cancellation
I app**** for a course late 2025 and realised I would not be able to continue with the studies and asked for cancellation in Jan 2026, as per their terms and conditions I was not able to cancel, had my bank stop the debit order but till date money is still taken out of my account and I have not even fully started the course. I want to cancel but this issue is not out of control and the bank cannot not do anything until the service provider cancels on their side. This has been the most frustrating experience

A simple cancelation nightmare
I purchased a course on their website which i thought will be a great opportunity to better myself. I went on to accept the terms and conditions and ans accept the Debicheck for my monthly debit orders from them via my bank. However after careful consideration, I realises I was not going to be able to afford the course I immediately, the same day on the 19th of February 2026 , sent an email to cancel my application, however they have not responded and never answer calls till this day..I would like to cancel my application but they making it hard for me to do so, however they keep taking payments. Inwould like to cancel my debit order to but cannot do so tgrough my bank because Accelerate need to cancel from their side..
