Standing ovation service

On the 2018-02-17 I visited the Aca Joe store at gateway shopping mall for the one day sale. From the moment I entered the store I was totally impressed and taken aback by the energy vibrance and enthusiasm of the staff members. They where constantly enquiring if I needed help and was always there when I made enquiries about sizes etc attending to it promptly. When I went to the fitting room my hubby sat in the waiting area and one of the staff members had the curtsey to make hubby feel at home. He was even offered a refreshing drink whilst I shopped at leasure.

The best is still yet to come. Whilst I payed for the items at cashier the staff member known at MK was packing my clothing items. In all my years of shopping experience I have never come across such maticulous, pride and dedication as I observed MK packing the clothing items. I stood in ore and astonishment as he treated each clothing item with such care. He even came out of the counter area and walked with us to the door of the store. With a smile an his face he shook our hands and thanked us for visiting the store. MK deserves a standing ovation with the rest of the staff from ACA Joe gateway.
