Academy One - ****???

I signed up and paid for a course in school governance with Academy One in January 2017. I received my study material electronically and a UNISA login. I wrote my exam on 1 October 2018. When I started checking to see when the results would be out the myunisa page will not give any information and reads "study fees outstanding". Despite numerous emails and phone calls to Harnnet Mgiba ********** ********** 448 over the last 6 weeks, this issue has not been resolved and she ignores my requests to provide me with proof that my UNISA fees have been paid. I am starting to feel like this is just one big **** and I have wasted a year studying for nothing.
