Plumbing over charge

Called Academy plumbing to assist with a blocked drain. I was advised that they have a R150 call out fee, and agreed to pay. They came out got the drain opened in about 10 minutes. The invoice R150 call out fee R650 labour + vat R920 For less than 10 minutes work. Will not recomend them to anyone. ****************.
