Unprofessional stuff

I want to formally express my frustration and disappointment with the way my course completion has been handled. I enrolled in a 6-month course with Aoy, funded by my employer, with the understanding that all relevant documentation would be provided promptly upon completion. I successfully completed and submitted all course requirements, yet I am still waiting for an official certificate or even a formal statement confirming this.

Let me summarize the situation:

I received a results sheet months after completing the course, but it was an unprotected Excel file—insufficient for official submission.

Multiple emails to your course coordinator went unanswered.

When I finally received a response, I was told I had passed, but no official documentation followed.

I called in June to escalate the matter and was told someone would call me back. No one did.

I sent my certificate (Excel file) in response to a recent request, and again used that opportunity to ask for a proper document. Still, no response.

As a result of this failure to provide acceptable proof of completion, my employer has now started deducting the course fees from my salary.

This is unacceptable. I urgently need:

1. A formal, signed certificate or statement of results on your official letterhead with a date of completion.

2. Written confirmation that I completed the course successfully.

3. An explanation as to why communication and administration around this issue have been so poor.

Please consider this my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 5 business days, I will be forced to escalate this through:

My employer's legal and HR channels,

Consumer protection authorities,

And potentially public forums to warn others about this experience.

I expect an urgent resolution.
