Unauthorised debit order
DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COLLEGE!! Something as simple as debiting on the correct date is too complicated for them. On the 24th of August I sent in a confirmation letter stating my pay date has moved to the last working day of the month. I had to fill in a debit order mandate form and approve the new debi check. My account was debited on the 27th and then I get told there is nothing that can be done because 'The boss isnt here to release the payment'
