Student very Unhappy

I am my partners sponsor for AOY.I haven't pd off his studies with them-but it does'nt mean things mst go on like this.My partner got his kit -We always made sure to call AOY(Benjamin etc).They needed for him to go to a company & do some of his assignments-companies don't want to help.Benjamin knows this-I finally got him in at Mulbarton Hospital-the sister that helped him could'nt help much but she tried.My partner & myself called Benjamin about the Logbook that cannot be completed because he can't get to a company that will assist-I assisted him with getting info.There is a workbook that my partner had to do his assignment-there isn't much space-So i called Benjamin to query this & asked if Edwin can type out,it was agreed he could.The assignment finally gets sent in for marking & the assessor gets back to Benjamin that Edwins assessment is incomplete.Edwin has given up.After speaking to Benjamin I mailed him my new postal address-I receive mail today-he sent to my old address?, if its not the acc's(Dudu) calling the student instead of sponsor for payment its something else.I shouted at Dudu once for this she slammed the phone in my ear,My partner says he Benjamin did the same..
