Poor service
Very disappointed with how they fail to assist me, I enrolled with Academy of York in 2010 then I got my certificate in 2012.so I lost my certificate and asked them to re issue, they told me they cannot because it is a new management. So I don't know where did I fit in there because I have enrolled with AOY not management.

The college underwent a change in ownership at the end of 2010. As per the transition agreement, students who enrolled prior to that date remain under the responsibility of the previous owners, while we assumed responsibility for those who registered thereafter.
We have official documentation that outlines this arrangement and includes the relevant contact details for the former owners. These documents, along with the course outline, were provided in an effort to assist you as best we can. Please note, that it's not a matter of unwillingness, we do not have the authority to assist with matters pertaining to students registered before the ownership change. We remain committed to supporting you within the scope of our authority.

At no point have we requested that you re-register for the course. The issue at hand is that we are unable to provide information that is not within our records or jurisdiction.
I have reviewed the correspondence previously sent to you, including the document referenced in my earlier message. The details regarding the change in ownership have already been shared with you.
As previously explained, your registration and completion certificate fall under the responsibility of the former owners. We therefore urge you to contact them directly, as we are not in a position to assist further in this matter.

You are not being professional
