I had a good experience with the Academy especially when I needed assistance with my assignments but the problem is I think they are understaff my reason is everytime when I send an email it's either I will not get any response or I will receive after few
I had a good experience with the Academy especially when I needed assistance with my assignments but the problem is I think they are understaff my reason is everytime when I send an email it's either I will not get any response or I will receive after few days which I think its very frustrating like right now I want a letter of good standing so that I can register for my Advance by its taking forever. The Academy must look into this issue. The turn around time for feedback takes forever
