<p>Cancelled registration within 14 working days and was told they actually meant they do not cancel after 14 calendar therefore I must still pay them R29,000.00 even though they never delivered any service to me.</p>
After intervention my Director Richard Leeming this matter has now been resolved and I am satisfied with the resolution.

As a point of clarification, your official request for cancellation came after the 14 day cancellation period, covered in clause 13 of our terms and conditions. Furthermore, our service delivery cannot be brought into question as we delivered your study material within 3 days after your registration date.
