BE aware of ACADEMY OF YORK disappoint, bad service

Really disappointed with the service. In July 2019 I received an email confirming that I was competent with all the assessments and ill-received my certificates within 3-4 months later, this being the third month I called ACADEMY OF YORK back and nothing has changed ever since the time they have emailed me congratulating me,the course coordinator Michelle advised that she was not aware If my studies HAS been paid in full, so on the 14-10-2019 I received an email stating that my results have been sent for external moderation and my certificates will be ready within the next 3-4 months ..it takes months to study but 7 months to receive a certificate, I think they expect the students to come and put the information on the system, with great pleasure this is the last time I ever do business with them and I am going to write an email to the department of education regarding this matter
