Academy of York
I am sharing this experience im having with Academy of york, I registered to enrol for OHS the fees were 10500 but I obtained a bursary "so they said" it was made 7500. They were the ones debiting the money through my account, they stopped and didn't sent any message the amount that was outstanding was 705. They called after I got retrenched, I mentioned that I was retrenched they told me that I have to pay it. But surprisingly after two months I got a call from a guy who threatened me about taking my goods if I won't pay an amount of R7705 and he said they handled my account to him at Academy of York.

18 Aug 2021, 15:04Hi Surprise, we tried to contact you numerous times following your enquiry with regards to your certificate. We advised via email that due to the amount outstanding we were unable to issue the certificate until that balance was settled. You did mention you were retrenched and we requested a copy of the retrenchment letter. Unfortunately, you never supp**** it. We held your account for as long as we could but as you were not answering our calls or emails we had no choice but to hand your account over. The collections agency we work with with a reputable company. However, we will investigate your concerns. We will contact you to obtain additional details for the investigation.
