Waste of time and money

After completing my Certificate of Proficiency, I moved residence and requested a reprint of my certificate, which the alleged CEO, Elma, advised that this will be done if I pay a fee for the reprint and delivery.

I subsequently paid the fee as requested and never heard a word from this institute again. I have followed up numerous times to no avail.

Rather not make use of this institute as there are many alternatives available today. This institute is very unorganized, their website is a complete disaster and nobody is ever able to assist with queries. Today, I have absolutely no proof that I ever wrote this exam or acquired this certificate and is left with no other options other than to rewrite the exam with a more credible institute.

An egregious waste of time and money.
