Do NOT study through academy of learning

How disappointing! Today, a year ago, I completed my NQF4 in Insurance and to date, no certificate has been received. I have followed up (NUMEROUS TIMES) and was told there is a backlog due to Covid, reading the other reviews, the exact same problems were experienced LONG before Covid. The last feedback I received: "Just be patient".
