Unable to find certificates stored in folders 2021

I am a past student at this place . 1stly Jessie is rather unprofessional so dont even try deal with her .

I studied at this colage for 3 years never the less - I tried to get a copy of my certificates which should be stored as per the department of education for a certain amount of years

Please bear in mind this is the academy of advanced technology- they store the certificates in folders and not archived in a system.

Taken me 22 days to get an proper response from Jessie .

I called today to speak to anyone besides Jessie but no one is there apparently

So after working for them for 2 years and studying there for 3 .. this institution can not find any record of me ever being there

Please stay away from this company it is not worth the money or time .

I have asked the owner to call me Nicolene before I report them to the department of education
