Not sure if a **** or not...
Appalled by the lack of communication.
After paying money to them to do exams, they neglected to actually enrol me for the exams so I asked for my money back. It has been almost 6 weeks and still nothing has been done. I always have to call them, I always get vague answers and poor excuses.
I doubt the academy is even legit at this stage.

I am still yet to be contacted by this company, I am constantly the one phoning them multiple times a week and again still nothing has happened.
Honestly baffled as to how this is even possible, they've even mentioned to me that they are aware of this post too.
