Cancel

I have registered with IQ on th 13th July 2023 that's 4days ago , I want to cancel as I have authorized the debit order but I dont want to continue . I haven't received any study material or anything. Tried to cancel the next day after applying but now they cant cancel. Please help me . They haven't debited and I dont want them to debit as they are not legit . I know I should have checked properly. What can I do cause the bank said I need to ask them to cancel from their side
