Unhappy mother

My son thats special needs attending Atvance academy based in Jhb but based all over Western Cape.The students where all promised a montly stipend of R2000 for traveling and downloading purposes..Sept my son never got paid Oct was for September,October never got double just 1months stipend.Nov he got and Dec but we still waiting for their investigations to let us know when his getting Oct almost last years stipend..Ive emailed ive spoken to the facilitator all we told they'll get back to us
