Is Atvance Academy Insolvent?

I have been a service provider to Atvance Academy since 2016. At the end of 2021 they stopped paying invoices to myself and a number of other suppliers, and based on other Hello Peter reviews seem to have not paid their students stipends. I have a number of invoices outstanding and attempts to talk to the CEO and other senior team members are ignored when contacting via SMS, email, phone etc. to find out when they intend to pay. They have told me on a number of occasions that they have loaded payment and have requested statements and so forth to reconcile before paying but they never end up paying. Atvance appear to be bankrupt and unable to pay their bills and are nearly 3 months in arrears on payments with no resolution in sight. If you deal with Atvance Academy you should do so cautiously as they may not be in a position to deliver training, pay student stipends or pay suppliers.
