The biggest **** ever!!!

What I ****. I joined because they advertising a R49 membership only to discover after they deduct almost R200 that its R49 a week. I immediately wrote them a email in which their response is "we regret to inform you but we do not do refunds" Is there no way else a person can expose these rotten type of businesses that misleads people through the advertising? On top of it, you cannot cancel your subscription by sending a mail. The letter must be scanned into the mail as an attachment in order for them to cancel. at least that is what they reply but based on all the bad reviews on this platform about them, clearly they just milk people.
