Signed up for a month and tried to cancel after a few days and was unable to. You can't cancel your account or deactivate in any way. They deducted a further R995 from my account and they say that it renews itself. But the one month option I chose was R199. They are ******** and the payment was not authorised. They now say that I must FAX a cancellation through and they want my physical address. at no point did I give my physical address... and who the hell owns a fax? there are no contact details on their website. and nobody to talk to.
