Pathetic!!!!!

Academic Singles is not what they seem you apply for 1 month and then they take a debit order from your account without your authorization. I paid the first time R 199.00 just to check it out to see if I am going to continue but then on the 27 Sept 2020 I received a notification that a debit order went off of R 999.00 which I didn't agree to at all there is no way of contacting them when I called my bank they said it is like swiping your card at Pick payment I had to be there to have made the payment but I haven't been on academic Singles for the last 3 weeks, so this would have been impossible. When I tried to deactivate my account it said I had to deactivate first at my profile, guess what when you get to your profile there is no way to deactivate your account.... This is pathetic and unacceptable and I want my debit order to be reversed.
