Money making and lying about a subscription fee

In July I decided to join this social online group. I paid my money for a three month period. Not even two weeks later, Academic Singles South Africa took R999 from my savings account. I emailed them twice, but without any response from their side. In my opinion, they are helping themselves to my money without my consent. I would NEVER PAY R999 to belong to an online so called dating site! That is why I chose the much cheaper three month option and paid for it before I could be active on the group. Is this a money making scheme??? And why don't they reply on my emails??? I can ask my bank to give me a new account, but then this company still has my money......I would like people to read this and KNOW that they are going to pay MUCH MORE than was written in the fine print!!
