Good turn around customer service

Though their profile are pathetic, i didn't have a hassle in canceling my premium subscription and in all times i communicated with them by email on .co.za email i always received response even after sending a cancellation form i didn't struggle only received an email that confirms my cancelation.im hoping all is good as im approaching 23 oct last day of activation eventhough i cant access my profile already but im not complaining at all..
