Class action time?

I tried to cancel my account with the email that can only be found when you logout (there is no option to contact them when you are logged in). Having received no response I returned to the same contact page but the email address was vanished. So I simply canceled my card.

It astonishes me that even after all these years, with all of the thousands of victims no one has found a way to sue these guys, or at least stop them trading.
