Wax course

I had a very rough and frustrating start. The lady I was dealing with via emails was not helpful whatsoever, had to constantly call and check up on my process because communication didn't exist to her. After being told I would get my portal details a week before my course started I was sitting on the day of my first class still not having any access HOWEVER once that was sorted I was welcomed by the greatest lecturer I could possibly ask for (Presh) she truly was my light at the end of the tunnel, no matter the time of day if I needed her she was ready to help no questions asked and she always understood me and my stress from having started late and missing lessons! If it wasn't for Presh I wouldn't have a nice thing to say but because of her I am so thankful and enjoy my experience.
