Waste of time
Been waiting for certificate for 9 months now. The support team does not help and only provide vague answers. Every step at this collage has been frustrating. When are we receiving our certificates?

Thank you for escalating your concerns. Please note that The Department of Higher Education is responsible for the release of NATED programme certifications and the printing process can take up to 8 months, if not longer.
We will be in touch once we have evaluated the progress made in requesting such certification for you.
