Urgent Follow-Up on Outstanding Certificate from AIE

I completed a certificate program at AIE in 2024 and, to date, I have still not received my certification. While AIE was quick to process my payment, the handling of my paperwork has been extremely slow and inefficient—taking several months with no resolution. This delay has negatively impacted my ability to apply for new job opportunities, as I am still not officially "qualified." I am deeply disappointed in the lack of service and accountability. At the very least, I believe a refund or some form of compensation is warranted.
