There is only any service when you a new customer!

After apply about 3 times for re-registration my first quote went to spam in my email! Then I made payment and was told that the special no longer applies, I requested a refund and was sent an email that someone would contact me after over a week off waiting I decided to just pay the additional fee on the 16th of January as they had taken to long with the refund and the 16th was the final registration day. The classes are starting 23rd so Monday and I have still heard nothing about the registration or refund and the registration is not showing on the portal!
