The CAD Corporation serviced by AIE (Academic Institute of Excellence): Registration Process Nightmare!

AIE is a Service Provider for The CAD Corporation. I wanted to register for AutoCad Civi 3D Essentials and since Monday 05 Aug 2024 until 14 Aug 2024 I have not been registered and not received course material, but already paid.

For every email sent, it gets responded the following day, if lucky or if I follow up. Their initial responses don't usually address my questions / request for clarification, then it means waiting another day for a simple response, even when I respond to their emails on the same day within two or three hours.

This is the worst registration process I have ever had, it takes an Olympic Trophy.

Based on the turnaround time is takes just to register, unfortunately I would not recommend AIE who is currently servicing The CAD Corporation.
