I remember how frustrated I was after I had my son registered through an international online institution that we had to drop after 1 month of registration because facilitators were just never available. I then went through a list of our company's registered vendors (that I work for) for academic studies. I found there was only one person studying through AIE from my company, but I still went ahead and reviewed AIE site. As an education specialist myself, I observed the whole learning process of my son as I assessed AIE student portal, the interaction my son had with lecturers on weekdays, the guidance, & certification support / with vouchers my son received from AIE for some of curriculum prerequisite courses he had to complete.
