(Poor assistance waiting 5 years for certification)

this issue has been ongoing since 2020, and it is now end of July 2026. I’ve made multiple trips to Midrand, and I honestly cannot continue to manage this situation any longer. As discussed, I contacted MICTSETA regarding my son's results. They clearly explained that they do not retain individual results under any circumstances, nor do they provide results to individual schools. They confirmed that the results were sent to your institution a long time ago, and that the school is responsible for handling the collection. This is why I’m confused by the statement on your mail : “Now, their manager needs to choose someone to do the final check.” My concern is specifically with your school’s confirmation of Tyron Montshiwa Matjila (134031) and his statement of results. All I need to know is: When can I come and collect his certificate? He urgently needs it to apply for jobs, and time is passing. This delay is not acceptable and feels highly unprofessional. I kindly request your urgent assistance in resolving this matter once and for all.
