Pathetic Post Studies Service (Zero feedback on quailificaion process)

I called your office earlier today and I was advised by Robyn that Chante will be gving me a call in a few minutes as the person dealing with certification process...I left my Son's student number and my contact number and still no call back from her...I sent her an email with this same content.

I am a very patient person but am losing my patience right now and trust me it is not going to be nice. Having been signed up by a nice sales lady Zurika I was very impressed by your institution UNTIL my son completed his studies in IT Systems Support NQF5 Server Network Technician with Cloud Computing ( Feb 2024) and submitted his PoE on time on 27th March 2024 - After 5 months (Aug2024) my Son made a follow up, only to be told that he needs to submit a log book which he already submitted on 27th March. He comp**** and resubmitted. -Yesterday he logged a ticket as a follow-up again, to be told that his PoE is on Internal Moderation. Upon complaining that it has been a year, he was told it's only from August, what nonsense is that? when he actually submitted his PoE from 27March2024 - Even so...from August until now it's been exactly 8months with Zero feedback from your institution - I have studied OD ETDP and your Institute's lack of taking responsibility for feedback non-compliance.in terms of ETDP practices, an assessment result from Assessor should have been shared with him before his PoE is taken for Moderation - Just as you contract us into paying, you guys need to do your part in the qualifications process. Now that I am taking over this process, I expect you guys to provide me with a proper response with no excuses to me or my Son
