Outstanding DHET certificate + bad support

Good day, I am a previous student at AIE midrand. I started the MMDOP N4/N5 qualification in 2021, finished in Nov 2022. I still have not recieved any update on my DHET certificate. The student support says they strive to help their customers, so far I can't get their examinstion administrator to give me a simple email back, the support line just rings 10:00 am on a week day. I payed ekstra for the writing of the DHET exams and now in 2024 I still have nothing to show for it. Aie's staff does not care, they don't want to help. I tried to resolve this personally with them. They proved for more than a year they don't care. You know this place is very quick to block your portal and classes if you miss a month with payments. But when all is paid you are nothing. Would not recommend. Bad support, awful portal, don't believe what they tell you. They all year around bust with open day or back log so they not going to help.
