Open Door Policy

When you are at the AIE, you are able to form relationships with all the staff. Not just your immediate lecturers. This is helpful for when one needs to ask for information or help from different departments. This teaches students about workplace dynamics and how to be on good terms with people you may work with, even if you may be in a different field all together. No one will want to assist you if you are nasty to them every time you see them.
