no certificate issed until today from AIE Institution

My son studied Cybersecurity last year and this year he enrolled in the NCC program. However, to date, no certificate has been issued. I have been following up on this matter, but nothing has changed. I am not happy with the service we are receiving from the institution. My son was interested in pursuing a degree with them, but I have decided against it, as it seems we would get that degree after an exceptionally long wait. I am very disappointed.
