No Certificate and it's been 2 years

I studied graphic design with a group of people in 2021. The course ended and we are still waiting for our certificates. Everytime we ask Aie about it they have a different story. We have been waiting for 2 years now and this is unacceptable. It's either they give us our certificates or they refund us our money.
