Empty Promises: Video Lectures are Not working, No support Provided
I have logged calls regarding video lectures that are not playing and the is no resolution. The progarm lead, lecturer and admin for the module are not bothered. very frustrating to receive this kind of support especially when you have an exam to prepare for. I regret enrolling in this school.

27 May 2021, 02:34This is the typical AIE response, "we will investigate" or "this has been escalated". my challenge has not been resolved since 18th May 2021. I have even missed the exam.
