AIE - shocking experience!! Reconsider your options.

My son enrolled in the course National Certificate: Architectural Technology NQF5 online studies in July 2020. Unfortunately I have to say that it was the BIGGEST MISTAKE we have ever made. AIE clearly has absolutely NO interest in educating people but rather focuses on taking peoples money and providing a sub-standard service.

When challenged that what is being delivered is substandard you are met with a barrage of excuses and accusations that the problem is not theirs but yours. The fact that they only offer a 7 day refund policy gives absolutely no room for the student to gain any feel for the course and just shows AIE's lack of commitment to student satisfaction and their own confidence in the quality of the courses they provide.

I would advise anyone who is looking at signing up with AIE to seriously seriously reconsider their options. I would definitely not recommend anyone using AIE as a study option.
