AIE Course Disaster

I did my N3 Mechanical Engineering course through AIE which I started in 2020 after which I completed the course in February 2022. Since then, I have been waiting for my certificate. I have logged multiple tickets and queries, however each time I am told to be patient as they are awaiting the DHET to print the certificate. Students from the same year and even far after me have received their certificates. I have tried calling them and was told that they will contact me right back which they obviously haven't. I am extremely disappointed as I've paid a fair amount of money for this course and also did all the work to get my qualification just to be told to wait 2 YEARS after I actually qualified.
