Broken Human Resources

Do not go to work for these people, even if you are headhunted. They are recruiting specialists who claim to be industry leaders in their sector. I was employed there for two months. Left my job where I had job security, to work for them, only to find that they are unprofessional and in the business of defaming people. I was accused of ***ual harassment, and then Summarily dismissed without proof of the ludacris accusations. The investigation did not even consider my side. I have taken them to the CCMA after they held a hearing which was basically an accusations session. There are other colleagues who are also being victimized at the company. There is No HR. The only people who are seeing to those functions are two extremely bias and unprofessional office managers.
