This site may be a **** they took R18k and I can’t get my container or refund

I ordered a 20 ft shipping B grade container from a person named Niel Cox at this company .

He sent a quote and they have a website His number is 011 042- 9204.

I think this guy is a **** as he now cuts my calls as he recognises my voice and name .

He gives a guarantee to refund money if they can’t deliver but I can’t get hold of him to get the R18 k back from him or to get the container delivered.
