POOR SERVICE AND COMUNICATION

I sufferd a break in on the 28 of december 2014 a week later an assesor came to do loss report 3 weeks after that i am still awaiting feed back after 4 emails i received an email stateting they sorry for the delay and i would have feedback latest wednesday 28 of jan 2015 this is now a month after the incedent.<br> <br> up to today 39 jan still no feed back this is really poor service ,after all i had to pay every month my premuims and now its just as nobody cares but me as the client was good enough when i had to do my contrubutions<br> <br> <br> I would not recomend any body to make use of there service <br> <br>
