No Service or Delivery

I ordered and paid a printer cartridge on the 7th of May 2021 and after almost 3 months nothing but excuses. Amanda doesn't answer any calls and barely and whatsapps. She promised it will be delivered today at 12h and still nothing. Excuses for almost 3 months now!
