Registration Horror

<p>My bond application has been approved in February 2017 and has been send to the attorneys for registeration.I have been dealing with Elize Blauuw from the onslaught to get all the necessary documentations signed and required correspondence.Bond application was supposed to be lodged or rather registered in April 2017 but there was a delay with the release of the clearance certificate from Ekurhuleni in order for the relevant documentation to be sent to the deeds office for registration.Elize advised me telephonically that registeration will be done on 5th of May for which i already made the necessary financial commitments becuase i was assured when money will be in my account.When i did a follow up with Elize on the 8th of May she advised its too quick and matter has not been registered yet after i was told it will be registered on the 5th of May 2017.As fustrating as the matter begin to get i was the one that must keep on sending her emails to follow up as she didnt see it necessary to keep me in the loop of what was happening.Again on the 11th of May i send Elize an email to follow up whats going on,she advised that she is battling to get feedback from thier correspondent in Pretoria and matter has not be registered yet.In the meantime i tell her why am so in the hurry for the matter to be registered as my car is broken and need to get my car fixed as am sitting with a huge challenge without a car.So i ask her if she can perhaps present me with a letter that will advise when the bond will be register so that i can give it to the garage to finalise my finance application to purchase a new car,which she emailed to me on the 12th of May 2017,advising that bond should be registered by 19th of May 2017.So i write her a corresponding email asking but why is it taking even more days for the bond to be registered as its a total different story from our telephonic conversations,so she advised thats its only to be on the safe side.So i proceed to do my application for finance with a deposit amount which i knew i was able to give after i receive money from the bond.My application was approved and i now needed to pay the deposit to pick up my vehicle from the dealer.I havent heard anything from Elize ,so i send her an email on the 15th to find out if there is any news from the dealer,she advised that the Conveyancer had to go to the Deeds Office this morning to find out what is wrong with the papers.She will only be back in the office at 14:00pm, will let you know then.Apparently according to her feedback now there is something wrong with the documentation that is preventing my bond from being registered and the payment to be done in my account.I then send her an email at 16:00pm as i havent receive the feedback as promised,then she says I left a message for you to phone me and also send you an e-mail as received from our correspondent.I will have news tomorrow morning at 11:00am. For which i didnt receive any email from her or calls from her.On the 16th of May at 14:47pm asking for feedback as she was supposed to give me feedback by 11:00am as per her email of the previous day.She replys ay 15:00pm that she tried to call me to explain whats happening,again i wasnt in the office at the time of her call but she didnt bother to send me an email as i was in the office at 11:00am when she was supposed to give me the feedback and didnt hear from her.At this moment i am boiling with rage because i am not getting the truth out of her and neither does she get back to me with the feedback when she says she is going to give me the feedback.All she could say is that she will hopefully have answer for me after lunch time,so i ask her to give me the number of the deeds office so that i can do the follow up myself and she emailed it later for me and asking me how much will it be to fix my car.I got to the point that i was just feedback up with all the excuses that Elize with giving me of waiting for thier correspondent and everyday will be tomorrow for feedback and tomorrow she has another story.I eventually logged a complaint on the 17th with the Law society of south africa and is waiting thier feedback of how can they assist me to get the matter resolved asap.The morning on the 18th i decied to log another complaint with the home loans department to assist me to sort out this problem as am fustrated now cos the delaer is waiting for the deposit so that i can get the car.I also send Elize another email on the 18th of May at 09:24 to find out is she has any feedback for me because on the 17th she promised that she will get back to me before 17:00pm with feedback which she didnt do.Anyway this was her response ,I only received feedback this morning from our correspondent in Pretoria.I am amending the document which was rejected.Unfortunately you need to re-sign the document. I will bring the document to your office. What time will be suitable?we need to re-lodge the documents and it will take another 5 – 7 days.In her correspondence she is not being apologetic for not getting back to me yesterday or for the inconvienence that her office has now cause me with this delay.So i reply and tell her that she can bring the documents immediately and work out a plan to help me get the R150 000 deposit at least while they are fixing thier mistake.She advised me that the bank will not be able to assist me with an advance and that she will advise once I get the document back from bank, I will contact you to sign and arrange for it to be re-lodged.At this stage am so disgusted with the services and beyond fustrated as i need my car like in yesterday.I acknowledge the response from the bank and ask her what are they going to do to assist me from thier side to assist me as all this is not my fault and all she could say is that they dont do bridging finance...Again i reply back and advise her that i didnt request for bridging finance,all i want is for her to at least try to assist me by showing some remorse and compassion for the mistake that was made.I also ask her to intervene with dealer to see if she will be able to assist me to get the car today.She replies to me at 11:58 saying that the car dealer advise that they can only release car when payment made and tell me that she wil take up allegations with attorney when he is back,Still at this time i havent signed the amended form for the deeds office and i feel like my pain and fustration is not felt as a client for all this that i had to go thru.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
