Ac "pathetic" electrical ..not sure where they borrowed the quick from...

My parents where lured to use there services from an advert posted in the local newspaper ...with "discount for pensioners" ..for a faulty oven. Arrived 7th June ..managed to break the oven window and an extremely shoddy workmanship When my mom of 75 years old for discount they said she would have to pay cash to dodge Vat . Mom then paid full price with no invoice / receipt ..promised to provide warranty documentation with nothing provided to date.

Although the element was replaced they broke the glass door ... They came back and fetched the whole unit, Took it away to repair ..came back next morning to replace and the work was extremely substandard and doesn't fit in the cupboards not to mention the incorrect glass door...needless to say it hasn't worked for 4 weeks. When my mom called to follow up they said they thought she had forgotten about the matter?? Called yesteday morming, was promised delivery and repair yestrday ..after no call back we called and they commited to 11 this morning . Waited and still nothing ..now three hours later and multiple calls and empty promises from their so called "call centre" and refusal to speak to the owner ..we were directed to the electrician. Speak to the electrician and he knew nothing of the order..

Dealing with Melissa (rude arrogant and obnoxios) ..Phindi if that's even her name and now Gertude ..who have lunch conveniently every few minutes when the heat gets turned up ...is just terrible

And the owner Pieter Nelson is never in the office, nor available and the team refuse to give us his contact numbers

Have asked 3 times for him to call back yet nothing ..

Pls do not use this company under any circumstances ..they are set up to de***** pensioners of their money with no expertise nor level of professionalism and related service

Terribly disappointed and frustrated
