ZERO aftersales service....empty promises

<div>I recently bought a 12 000 BTU unit on the 29th of November together with an installation kit. On their website they pride themselves by having a turnaround time of 3 - 5 days. After 7 days my aircon unit arrived but not the installation kit. I have sent more than 4 email of which NONE was answered. I have phoned for the last 3 days asking to speak to a manager (+++++) or the owner (++++) and yet, but they are always in a meeting. I have left messages, but they never return a call. When speaking to the sales staff, they dont have any idea as to when my installation kit will arrive as well as when the actual installation will take place. Their after sales service is shocking with absolutely zero sense of urgency. I had to pay 100% of the money upfront, but yet they dont hold up to their end of the deal. Stay away.</div>
