Worst service ever!!

Worst online service provider I have ever experienced to deal with. I purchased a AC from AC Direct on the 15th of December. They confirmed the purchase on the 17th of December. I started to follow up on the same date. If you phone the delivery department line, the automated person keeps you on the line for 10min and as soon as the calls go through the line ends. this happened twice. I then called the sales team and they tried to assist. They made promises for the delivery and did not keep to those promises. Its today the 16th of January and I still did not receive the AC. I even requested for them to refund me and they even did not all cack or responded on the mail. this experience with them is like a horror movie.
