Worst service delivery

Worst service received.

I ordered a heated pool pump, thermal blanket and installation on 8 December. I had to follow up numerous times as after I paid I was suppose to receive a tax invoice which was never received. I only received it this week 14th December. I am still awaiting the unit and blanket since the 8th. This service is unacceptable, I received confirmation from the installers however as it stands they coming to install and no unit has been received.

The website reflects of outstanding service however this is the complete opposite of what I received. I am so upset I chose this company in the first place.
